Festive Cocktail Recipe - Merry Marmalade Daiquiri
Just like how in any good story there’s always an underdog, in our collection of orange-based Christmas cocktails, this Marmalade Daiquiri was the completely unexpected star of the show!
It’s zesty and tangy and packs a punch that any cocktail lover will enjoy. We all adored it, and I can’t wait to make another batch.
Although it tastes amazing, on reflection whilst creating this article I have noticed that my slice of orange garnish looks a little questionable, and so I would probably suggest an alternative garnish for better visual appeal, such as a dried orange slice floating in the glass or twist of peel instead.
Despite this aesthetic tweak, the cocktail is fantastic and I cannot recommend it more if you're looking for something festive, fresh and punchy!
This cocktail would make a great welcome drink for a festive event or wedding, or a refreshing mid-afternoon pick-me-up on Christmas day, to reinvigorate everyone after the post-lunch snooze.
