WHAT IS THE MINIMUM GUEST NUMBER?
75 - This is just to ensure that we cover our costs and that the bar size and set up is suited to the event.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Our booking fee is from £350.00, which includes hire of your choice of bar, staff, licensing, insurance etc. More info
BEST LOCATIONS FOR THE SHAKER OR CIRCLE BAR?
The shaker bar and circle bar are best suited to village halls, barns and marquees, and depending on space can even be set up in private properties.
BEST LOCATIONS FOR THE HORSEBOX BAR?
The horsebox bar is best for, well, anywhere outdoors really! We’re talking fields, driveways, lawns outside country houses, anywhere!
WHAT AREA DO YOU COVER?
We cover the whole of the South West, so offer our mobile bar hire in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset, as well as further afield!
WHAT TYPES OF BAR SET UP CAN YOU OFFER?
We can do a simple cash bar (guests pay as they go), token bar, or open bar (part or full). We also offer drink packages.
