From the start, Nick and Jade were prompt at responding and tailored our package to suit exactly what we wanted - including having New Zealand wine at the tables and personalised cocktails. Jade even sent me the recipe for my favourite cocktail and sent it to me on my birthday (I think this was a coincidence but great timing!).
Nick and Jade set up at our venue the night before to make sure that the bar looked perfect and our guests absolutely loved it. The prices were very reasonable and people thought the his/hers/ours approach was great.

“Not your average bar hire…. If I could describe The Fizzy Pheasant in 3 words it would be: Classy, delicious & wonderful!!
From my first contact with Nick and Jade the service was fantastic. We had a really good planning meeting where Nick asked all the right questions and they more than delivered on my expectations.
We had the beautiful horsebox and also the barrel bar for our tipi wedding day. We had our own his and her’s cocktails on the night of our wedding as well as a fully stocked bar along with the most incredibly tasting cocktails. All of our guests commented on how delicious they were especially the espresso martinis.
The service on the day was flawless, there was never a long wait for the bar even though they were making cocktails, the staff were fun and great to be around. They all looked great in their matching uniforms too (some of my guests would have said very fit)
I am so glad I found The Fizzy Pheasant on Instagram as they helped make our day everything we could have imagined and more!!

We were totally blown away by The Fizzy Pheasant and cannot recommend them highly enough. Nick and Jade were incredible from the planning process to the day itself. They sourced beers from Chris' favourite brewery, advised us on wine and cocktails options (including sending us wine to taste in London) and were happy to discuss our ideas. Their communication in the lead up to the day was brilliant. In the face of some serious logistical challenges, they were calm, reassuring and proactive. We could feel how much they cared about providing exceptional service and that is exactly what they laid on.
We had the horsebox bar for the party the night before our wedding and on the day itself. It is stunning and kept everyone happy (and merry) with delicious cocktails - my mum particularly recommends the espresso martinis which kept her dancing all night! The circular and barrel bars also looked beautiful.
Nick, Jade and their team were so friendly and professional - nothing was too much trouble. They are such hard workers and still had smiles on their faces after supporting three days of celebrations. The Fizzy Pheasant helped to make our wedding the most incredible weekend of our lives. Thank you all so much - you are total superstars.
