I’m not sure this one really needs any introduction, the name says it all. Delicious sweet and fizzy, this cocktail is truly scrumptious. It also makes a fantastic wedding welcome drink on a warm summer’s day.

Let’s face it, we’re in the UK, and so despite all of our combined wishing and hoping, many of our ‘summer’ days happen to be rainy. Despite this, in between the rain showers, we do also get to enjoy some sunny, and actually rather hot, days.

I love a cosmo, and I think there is something really comso-esque about this one, but with an autumn, sloe gin twist, so if you love a cosmo too, then I think you’re going to like this one as much as me!
