LET US KNOW YOUR DATE

The first thing to do is to let us know your date asap so that we can get you pencilled in! Dates book up months, even years in advance, and we’re delighted that you’d like The Fizzy Pheasant at your event or wedding, so the last thing we want to do is disappoint you by being unavailable (see our availability here).

Whilst we are going through the booking process we will make sure this date is held for you, and your booking will be officially confirmed once your booking fee is paid.

DISCUSS THE DETAILS

Now it’s time for us to understand everything about your wedding or event, from timings and plans to exactly what you would like from us so that we can provide you with the best bar experience possible.

Our service is flexible and in addition to the bar itself, you then choose your drink package and we discuss things like tailored menus, as well as different on-the-night payment options (e.g. cash bar or open bar). All of the details will be discussed at this point, but don’t worry, we can change this at a later date with no problem. Why not take a look at what’s included.

CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

Now that we’ve fully understood everything that you will want and need, it’s time to finalise and confirm the details, we will complete our booking form with you (either in person or online if you’d prefer) and then take a deposit payment, which finalises your booking. Once this is complete, your date and booking are fully secured and confirmed - Yippee!

PREPARE TO PARTY!

After guiding you through the process above from start to finish, you are now ready to sit back, relax and let us arrange everything bar related for you, whilst you enjoy the build-up to your wedding or event! We will get in touch with you to arrange a site visit if needed and will arrange a catch-up call around 2 months before your wedding or event to confirm the final details and take your final payment.

ON THE DAY

Our goal is to provide you with a complete and incredible bar experience so that you are free to have a great time and soak up the special moments with your guests.

We will arrive nice and early, with plenty of time to set up, stock and decorate the bar and get the drinks chilling! We will then greet your guests and (if selected) serve the welcome drinks. Our service then continues from there with the table wine, toast drinks, and the bar being open. From the moment guests arrive right through to last orders the bar will be fully staffed, stocked with a vast selection of drinks (why not take a look at our menus) and we will collect and clean glasses as the event goes on. At the end, we will clear away and leave the venue exactly as we found it.
